Troubleshoot Lift Station pumps at Lift Station #
8 - both breakers for Pumps 1 and 2 trip when
soft start pulls in. Tighten 3-phase on all
breakers and 120 VAC control. Clear alarms
on controller and pumps run without tripping.
Monitor Lift Station until station had pumped
down completely and then watch several
cycles. Pumps make a lot of noise/vibration
and check valves barely raise possible rags in
volute or check valve.
