Unfortunately, the deduction report does not match the attached invoice. After reviewing the deduction report it was determined that Jacqueline Rivera was terminated in April. Therefore, she would not appear on the invoice generated for May. Any additional deductions taken from her after April need to be refunded back to her. Because of her termed date falling into the May payroll and the invoice were generated on the 15th which explains why her name would not appear.
