Nothing contained in any purchase order or any other document submitted to Citrix shall in any way add to or otherwise modify the Contract terms. End user license and
service terms are posted at https://www.citrix.com/buy/licensing/agreements.html and license program terms are posted at https://www.citrix.com/buy/licensing/
programs/. Consulting and education services terms are posted at https://www.citrix.com/support/consulting/consulting-education-terms.html. Subscription licenses and
software maintenance begin with delivery of license keys. Citrix Cloud and education subscriptions and managed services begin with Citrix provisioning the service. The
Start Date and End Date for an initial Citrix Cloud subscription is provided as an estimate; the actual Start Date and End Date is based on when Citrix provisions the service.
For a Citrix Cloud subscription expansion or renewal, the Start Date and End Date are as stated, provided the order is placed prior to the Start Date or quote expiration date.
If you purchase a multi-year subscription license, Cloud or education subscription, managed service or software maintenance, or multi-year renewal, your purchase is for the
full value of all years of the offering, even if required payments are annual. In the event you fail to pay any annual payment, and such default shall continue for a period of
thirty (30) days, then any and all remaining amounts for the relevant offering shall become immediately due and payable. If you purchase a Cloud subscription under a
consumption-based license model, your purchase constitutes your agreement to be invoiced for and pay for consumption at intervals and pricing as defined in the license
model. Each consumption model invoice shall constitute an auto-renewal notice under consumption models. Renewal options for subscription licenses, Cloud and
education subscriptions, managed services and software maintenance available in your ordering location are identified at: https://www.citrix.com/buy/licensing/citrix-
cloud-services-renewals.html. Ensure you confirm the renewal option you purchase prior to purchase. Fees may increase and discounts may not apply to renewals. All
Orders, including for renewals, are subject to acceptance by Citrix in its discretion. Payments to Citrix are due net 30 days after the date of its invoice. All purchases are final,
with no right to a refund, except as expressly provided under the applicable terms of service. Citrix reserves the right, in its discretion, to suspend or terminate subscription
or service offerings or any portion thereof for non-payment of the corresponding fees. All Customer information provided by or on behalf of a Customer for purchased
offerings must be current, complete and accurate, and Customer is responsible for keeping such information updated. For Customers only: If a Customer purchases an auto-
renewing subscription license, Cloud subscription (which includes all Cloud consumption models), education subscription, managed service or software maintenance, the
Customer’s purchase constitutes the Customer’s agreement to auto-renewals for the same term as initially purchased, and with respect to Customer’s other purchased
offerings of the same nature for the same term as initially purchased for each. The Customer maintains the right to give notice of non-renewal prior to any auto-renewal.
Citrix will provide e-mail notice to the Customer of each renewal (other than those under Cloud consumption models) at least sixty (60) days in advance of renewal. A
Customer may view the Customer’s renewals selection for the Customer’s purchased offerings at any time at http://www.mycitrix.com/account. Unless the Customer
completes a renewal through a Citrix authorized reseller, Customer understands and agrees that auto-renewal will be through and due and payable to Citrix.
