INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR 1099-K FORM. A copy of your Wells Fargo Merchant Services 1099-K form is mailed to your address
on file by January 31st each year. The 1099-K form is also available online. Merchants that use Clover® solutions have access to
clover.com/dashboard. Merchants that do not use Clover* solutions can access the 1099-K form from Payment Tax Manager via the
Business Track® portal. If you are not enrolled in Business Track, you can self-enroll at BusinessTrack.com. If you have questions,
please call Customer Service at 1-800-451-5817, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eastern Time or contact your account
manager.
VISA® REQUIREMENT FOR ACCEPTING CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS. Since April 2019, Visa has required all point-of-sale (POS)
systems that support contactless payments to only support chip card contactless technology; magnetic-stripe data (MSD) contactless
technology must be disabled. Please be aware that on or after January 31, 2022, equipment that is non-compliant with this requirement
will be subject to declined or rejected transactions and potential non-compliance fines which start at $5,000 per merchant. If you use a
software product from an independent software vendor (ISV), please contact your vendor to determine if any changes are required. If
you use a terminal or a Clover® device, we will contact you if any action is required to comply with this and/or other requirements*.
