Ozaydin, P.E., Deputy Public Services Director RE: NET CREDIT CHANGE ORDER APPROVAL- MIGUEL LOPEZ JR. INC./SW 25TH TERRACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Request Public Services Department (PSD) is requesting approval of net change order with Miguel Lopez Jr., Inc. for the Dania Cove/SW 25th Terrace Drainage Improvements Project in the amount of $12,326.30. Background On April 13, 2021, Miguel Lopez Jr., Inc. was awarded the Dania Cove/SW 25th Terrace Drainage Improvements Project via Resolution 2021-052 in the amount of $171,212.00. Due to modifications during the construction phase of this project, the work is now completed leaving the balance in the allocated funding of $12,326.30. Therefore, a net credit change order of $12,326.30 is requested. Budgetary Impact The closeout of the Dania Cove/SW 25th Terrace Drainage Improvements Project with a net credit change order in the amount of $12,326.30 will be credited back to the City Streets Maintenance/Infrastructure other than Buildings Account 001-39-06-541-63-10. Recommendation Public Services is recommending approval of a net credit change order from Miguel Lopez, Jr. Inc Dania Cove/SW 25th Terrace Drainage Improvements Project.
