your equipment uses is shut down. If you use software from an independent software vendor (ISV) that connects over 3G, please
contact your vendor for guidance. If you use a terminal and/or Clover® device that connects over 3G, we have contacted you if any
action is required*.

AUTOMATIC BILLING FOR WELLS FARGO FOREIGN EXCHANGE SERVICE FEE FOR VISA® AND MASTERCARD® NON-U.S.

transactions using your domestic merchant account will now be added to the foreign currency conversion cost. Prior to account funding
for any non-USD transactions, the fee will be automatically applied and you will no longer see MC GLOBAL EPRICING FEE MMYY or
VI GLOBAL EPRICING FEE MMYY separated out on your daily reporting for month-end or your monthly account statement. If you have
