Unless otherwise noted above, the payment terms are as follows:
A 75% Deposit will be required prior to Mountain Production’s equipment being
transported to event site. Remaining balance will be due on first show date.
Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of 2% monthly, 24% annually.
Mountain Productions is not liable for the gross negligence of the customer.
The price shown may not include permits, license, bonding fees, federal, state, or
local taxes, local labor and training/control of third-party organizations, hotels,
forklift/cranes, on-site parking and security of equipment, concrete ballast and
water for water ballast, all of which shall be the responsibility of the client. Price
reflects a 4% discount for cash or check payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express, but cannot extend the discount for credit card payments.
Temporary pricing reflective of the Covid-19 crisis. Final invoice will include any
unforeseen increase in transportation.
