for finance records. I did receive the email receipt for the original purchase but not the
receipt for the refund. I have been given the deadline of Friday June 8th.

Ms Kala thank you for paying your invoice I didn’t know you wanted to pay that way you
mentioned a check
And I have direct deposit with the city
I certainly apologize for any inconvenience
The format I use to accept online payments they charge a percentage for this invoice it
would be a $24 fee
You can wait for the refund to process and if you woild like me to add the $24 to the
invoice I can resend
For $824
Or talk about other options
