Task 5 – Final Design Submission · Holding internal progress meetings to discuss project requirements, design development, and associated schedule. · Continue coordination with geotechnical subconsultant in reference to soil conditions and design reports. · Coordinate Broward County review comments with City and proceed with additional flow meter design. · Continue coordination with electrical engineer in reference to permit review comments and final design development. · Continue with final design development including plans and technical specifications. · As requested by the City, update Opinions of Probable Cost (OPC’s) for the nine (9) lift stations. Deliverables: · Submitted updated OPC’s. Task 6 - Permitting · Provide letter for use by the City to document the proposed capacity increase for the nine (9) lift stations with the City of Hollywood. ·Resubmit all permit applications after coordination of final signatures from all parties. ·Receive and review Broward County permit comments. ·Begin permit comment response process with Broward County. ·Coordinate and confirm all permit application payments have been provided and accepted. Project Contingency · Per 90% design review and subsequent approval to proceed with landscape design, coordinate with landscape architect team to discuss proposed landscaping requirements. · Prepare and submit preliminary landscape plans for Lift Stations 3, 4, 6, 15, and 16. Deliverables: ·Submitted preliminary landscape plans for review by the City. Next Month’s Activities ·Continue with permit application coordination and respond to additional Broward County permit review comments as needed. · Continue with design development for Final Design. · Continue with landscape design.
