Listed below is the projected scope of services tasks for the Consultant. In order to comply with the City of Dania Beach’s project accounting requirements, the following contract tasks and service descriptions are provided in support of the lump sum, percent complete invoicing. Task 1 – Review CRA and City Documents; Attend Kick-Off Meeting • Coordinated with staff on existing condition data collection and transfer. Identified missing data. • Completed document reviews for inclusion in CRA Plan background reporting. • Prepared materials for further discussion and eventual Additional Services Request for The Patch property. Refined scope of work to meet client budget requirements for preliminary master plan and conditions review. Task 2 – Citywide Demographic and Economic Analysis / Evaluation of CRA Neighborhoods • Completed Esri GIS Business Analyst employment dataset pulls for CRA, City and County limits assessment, and included in SWOT Workshop presentation. • Completed CoStar Business Sector dataset pulls for assessment, and included in the SWOT workshop presentation. • Continued GIS Comprehensive Plan dataset pulls for assessment, and included in the SWOT workshop presentation. • Collected and reviewed City Code Enforcement data and included in SWOT workshop presentation. City provided Building Permit data is non-editable PDF. Task 3 – Community Engagement • Prepared presentation of background materials, facilitated, and completed four (4) Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) community assessment workshop meetings with public at City Hall on June 8-9, 2022. Collected and digitized sign-in sheets, comment cards, and group comments. Provided draft materials to Client. Task 4 – Draft Economic Development Strategic Plan and Implementation Plan • Advanced report formatting and strategy outline for document productions.
