If you provide at least 10 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next year. Any event cancelled with less than 10 days notice will forfeit their deposit. Important Notes: Your party room will available and in perfect condition 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of your event. Your party hosts will be ready with carts to help bring your supplies from the car. They will also assist with any room setup/decorating you may need. Gratuities for your party hosts are OPTIONAL. Your party hosts will make every effort to deliver a fun and memorable event. If your expectations were exceeded, your hosts will gladly accept any cash gratuity you deem appropriate. We will need the room vacated promptly at the end of your reserved time in the room for proper organizing and cleaning for the next party.
