Performed the scheduled Preventative Maintenance service call on the CW Thomas Park
camera system.

-Inspect the DVR, monitor, and equipment rack.
-Inspect the UPS battery backup units, camera power supply and surge protection
equipment. The APC1000 unit is bad and a surge strip was installed temporarily. The Ditek
unit is bad with all equipment plugged in the surge side only. Both units need to be
replaced.
-Verify the staff Pivot software is operating.
-Perform a playback function and adjust the correct time/date settings.
-Inspect and clean all camera units and mounting hardware.
-Recommend a lighting upgrade on the SW side of the building.
-Verify the system is recording and online at this time.
-The next scheduled P-M is due in March of 2023.
