Booking details: 1 Bunny 3 Face painters Event date: (PENDING) Time: Bunny 90 minutes 3 face painters 2 hours Address: Dania Venue type: Indoors or outdoors: Gate Code/Parking: # of guests expected: By paying the booking deposit or confirming the services, Client automatically agrees to be legally bound by (South Florida Surprises) Booking Terms and Conditions. Terms and Condition: DEPOSIT FOR RESERVATION: Your deposit amount listed on invoice will be due immediately. The remaining balance after your deposit is paid will be due no later than (3 days) before your event to secure your booking and prevent cancellation. (TOTAL BALANCE PAYMENT DUE) including the deposit must be paid no later than 72 hours before your scheduled event date, to avoid losing your deposit and cancellation of your event. You will receive a reminder 72 hours before your event for the final payment. In order to reserve your spot please pay the deposit as soon as possible. PARKING FEE: South Florida Surprises is not responsible for any parking fees. Parking fees will be invoiced over if not paid for in advance. TRAVEL COMPENSATION: South Florida Surprises will be entitled to travel compensation for events held in Palm Beach County & Miami–Dade County. ($15 minimum travel) The invoice will specify before you pay the deposit. PERFORMER ARRIVAL TIME: PLEASE allow a (10-15 minute window of arrival) for your entertainer to arrive. The performers are driving from event to event and parking can be difficult at times. The performer will start their booked time upon arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of the client wishing to cancel or postpone the event for any reasons, If the cancellation or postponement is made less than 7 days before the event, the entire fee will be due. This is because it is unlikely the Company will receive a replacement booking at such a late date. If client cancels before the 1 week mark then we will issue a refund minus our ((NON REFUNDABLE $50 policy)) Late Cancel will not be refunded but can be used as credit only if approved by Administration. NO SHOW: In the case that an emergency happens or a character does not arrive to your event (no show) then you (the client) will get a FULL REFUND of your payment. We will not hold your deposit if we do not fulfill an event due personal circumstances. RAIN OR STORM: It is understood that if this is a 'Rain or Shine' event, South Florida Surprises compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for setup area, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Vendor/service reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The Vendor/service compensation will not be affected by such cancellation. NATURAL DISASTER: South Florida Surprises is not responsible for natural disasters and will not issue a full refund, However in the case of a Hurricane (Last Minute Emergency) we will notify you via email that your payment can be applied as (credit) towards the rescheduling of your event. RAIN PROTOCOL : If it starts to heavily rain or storm right before the characters start time and they are about to walk in, The character will not be able to bring the sound equipment into the party until it is safe to do so in order to not damage our equipment. Please keep in mind our performers are scheduled for multiple events and we may not be able to change the start time. South Florida Surprises will not issue a refund due to weather complications and as mentioned above have the right to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to performer or equipment. Please check the weather a week before your event to plan accordingly. EVENT DELAYS: South Florida Surprises is under no obligation to perform past the original contracted finish time if the Venue or the Client caused the delay, and there will be no reduction or refund in the fees to be paid by the Client if the Vendor is unable to fulfill his full contracted Performance time due to clients delay on start time. If Vendor is unable to fulfill part of the Performance through his own fault, and the Client would like to claim a reduction on the fees due, to reflect the changes, this must be mutually agreed upon in writing between the Client and the Vendor on the day of the event. NON-SOLICITATION: The Client agrees to not pursue, recruit or build relationships with any performers or staff from South Florida Surprises during and after any services fulfilled. Our performers are in a non compete agreement with South Florida Surprises and will have legal consequences if such case occurs. Client will not in any capacity solicit personal information from South Florida Surprises performers, attendants or artists. All communication will be between South Florida Surprises representative and the Clients representative. GRATUITY: Gratuity/tip is not included in our pricing.
