permit service are not included. If customer fails to pay any amount herein
after same is due and payable, Fastsigns West Palm Beach shall have the right
to recover from the customer an amount equal to the unpaid balance on the
contract, as well as all attorney's fees and other expenses incurred. The
customer acknowledges that the items in this contract remain the property of
