Thank you for speaking with us and allowing Asta Parking, Inc. to submit a Proposal to manage the parking for your event
on Saturday, April 2, 2022 and Sunday, April 3, 2022. Our professional services will positively reinforce your commitment
and desire to provide the best service possible for your guests. Our goal in pursuing this opportunity is to form a mutually
beneficial and long-lasting partnership.
We have a specialized team dedicated to the parking we manage and operate. Our highly-qualified staff is the key

Asta Parking prides itself in achieving standards that set us apart from our competitors. With over 175 plus attendants and
over 51 operational locations in the near vicinity, we are able to respond efficiently when needed to “pull” staff that may be
required to assist in high volume times.

The following is an Agreement by and between Asta Parking Inc. (“Asta”) and City of Dania Beach
Community Redevelopment Agency (“Client”) to provide prompt and courteous parking management
services on Saturday, April 2, 2022, and Sunday, April 3, 2022, for the use and convenience of guests
arriving for the City of Dania Beach 2022 Art & Seafood Celebration (Event).
Parking Management
Asta Parking Inc. would agree to provide 6 fully uniformed attendants between the hours of
10:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2022, and 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday,
April 3, 2022. In return for said parking management service, Asta Parking Inc. would require being
compensated in the amount of Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety- Nine Dollars ($2,499.00). Payment
must be received by March 18, 2022.
Asta Parking, Inc. will provide yellow reflective shirts to be worn by the attendants, flags and six (6)
signs stating “Parking” with directional arrows.
Asta Parking Inc. will also provide insurance coverage with liability coverage of no less than Five
Million Dollars ($5,000,000). Client has requested and Asta has agreed that Client will be named
Additional Insured in respect to General Liability coverage.
