If you receive this message more than once, please disregard. HOUSING INFORMATION: The best way to make your reservations is by using this link online to receive our reduced rate of $199/night. Remember that the cut-off date for reservations is July 18, 2023 and the block could sell out before then. Note that self-parking will be $17.50/day and valet parking will be $36.00/day. In the event that the hotel does sell out, you can contact Melanie Howe for a list of alternative suggestions. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee and will be processed after the conference.
