TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please carefully review this Service Contract to ensure all items you need have been included. The timeframe stated
on this Service Contract may vary based on when order is placed. Timeframe may be delayed due to unforeseen
weather or any Holidays that fall within your timeframe. If you would like to proceed please SIGN AND RETURN
THIS SERVICE CONTRACT and we will send an electronic invoice for online payment via credit/debit card or
e-check. A paper check may also be mailed to our office address listed above. Please make checks payable to
Atlantic Coast Surveying, Inc. The timeframe will begin one business day after payment is made. This Service
Contract is valid for 30 days from the date reflected herein.
20% of contracted amount is non-refundable. If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of field work
being performed NO refund will be extended. Service contracts categorized as "RUSH ORDER" are non-refundable.
