This amount covered premiums that included medical coverage with UHC Medicare Advantage. Unfortunately, he is not eligible because he did not sign up for Medicare Part B according to UHC. Attached are the Deduction Reports from First State Trust for September and October 2023 for Stanley Johnson. The total deducted was $375.30. Nothing was deducted in November, December or January. I'm not sure of the correct amount for vision, dental and life insurance for 2023 but those amounts for September through December along with $11.90 for January should be deducted from the refund amount. I have instructed First State Trust to begin deducting $11.90 beginning February 1. Hope this helps. He overpaid in September and October through deductions from his pension distribution and First State did not deduct anything in November or December to avoid sending him a refund. There are two changes in this file:  Stanley Johnson Medicare advantage was terminated to retro back to 9.1.23 – he will be due a refund of $454.06 for Medical (Sept 2023 – Jan 2024). I also left you a message regarding this. 5 I need to follow-up with Finance on the refund process.
