Lottier 2024-00000649 N. Rodriguez 2024-00000650 S. Rodriguez 2024-00000651 M. Singh 2024-00000652   Please follow the step-by-step instructions in the How-to-Guide for the P-Card Reconciliation Process to reconcile the p-card transactions to the February 2024 Statement. If there isn’t a vendor file for one of your merchants, email a copy of the receipt to Finance at ap@daniabeachfl.gov and one will be created. Signature approvals on invoices/receipts can be handwritten or via a digital signature stamp. Documentation must be scanned in to Laserfiche using the normal routing process in New World before the batch is approved. Approved p-card batches, and p-card packets must be submitted by the following due dates: · Approved invoice batches are due Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 · P-Card Reconciliation Packets are due Friday, March 15th, 2024 Compliance with the established deadlines is required. Any late submittals may result in an immediate suspension of card privileges until completed. As always, if you have any questions, please contact the Finance Department.
