Good afternoon Manager,
I wanted to check with you to see if you made 2 charges with you City Pcard on February 28th. I received your attached statement for February 2024
with charges in the amount of $.99 to Miami Herald and $1.00 to Sun Sentinel. If you didn’t authorize the charges, I will work with Tania dispute them.
Thank you,

Statement Review for 02/29/24
Good afternoon,
Finance has imported the February 2024 p-card transactions, and the following invoice batch(es) are ready:
Cardholder Invoice Batch Number
A Garcia 2024-00000648
C. Lottier 2024-00000649
N. Rodriguez 2024-00000650

Please follow the step-by-step instructions in the How-to-Guide for the P-Card Reconciliation Process to reconcile the p-card

ap@daniabeachfl.gov and one will be created.
Signature approvals on invoices/receipts can be handwritten or via a digital signature stamp. Documentation must be scanned in to
Laserfiche using the normal routing process in New World before the batch is approved.
Approved p-card batches, and p-card packets must be submitted by the following due dates:
· Approved invoice batches are due Wednesday, March 13th, 2024
· P-Card Reconciliation Packets are due Friday, March 15th, 2024
Compliance with the established deadlines is required. Any late submittals may result in an immediate suspension of card privileges until
completed.
As always, if you have any questions, please contact the Finance Department.
Respectfully,
