HOUSING INFORMATION: To make your hotel reservations at the Diplomat, please click here. The group rate for registrants is $189/night and is ONLY available via this online link. If you call the hotel directly, you will be quoted a higher group rate. A credit card is required to hold the reservation but will not be charged. Note that the reservation cut-off date is April 12, 2024, but the hotel could sell out before that time. If the hotel is sold out, please contact Melanie Howe for a list of alternative suggestions. TAX EXEMPT FORMS: In order to minimize wait times during onsite check-in, you are encouraged to send your tax exemption information to the hotel in advance of the conference. Once your reservations have been made, please email your forms to Danielle Stanley, along with your confirmation number. PARKING: FGFOA conference attendees will receive a 20% discount on parking at the Diplomat. Based on current rates, those discounted fees will be $32.80 for self and $41.60 for valet. CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellation requests must be sent to Melanie Howe no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 3, in order to be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference and no refunds will be issued for early departure. NOTE: The information below will be used to print your badge for the event.
