TASK 3.: Existing Regulations Research ■ Prior Work: Conducted research on both local and national examples and reviewed current code. Completed charts description and provided in a preliminary update. ■ Effort this Period: Task Complete. No new work. ■ Next Steps: Task Complete. TASK 2: Draft Regulations ■ Prior Work: Completed review of first 4 districts, with preliminary code revisions drafted and presented at internal meeting. ■ Effort this Period: Draft and revisions to separate ADU ordinance, continue work on the other districts. ■ Next Steps: Continue to work through the code on a district -by -district basis, with bi-weekly reports. Revise draft regulations based on staff feedback for each zoning district once reviewed. TASK 3: Reporting and Public Hearing Support ■ Effort this Period: Pending prior tasks. ■ Next Steps: Final reporting and Public Hearing PPT/Ordinance/Staff report support.
