I would like to inform you that I went ahead and issued a refund amountingto $4.36 for the sales tax charged on order 3445597900. You should see this refund on your original payment method in about 2 to 5 business days. Our current process for those who are tax exempt is to manually refund or issue a gift credit for the sales tax charged on purchases. Our teams are currently looking into the tooling needed to automate exemptions or exempt accounts for a more effortless shopping experience. Thank you for understanding! Since you already provided a copy of your tax certificate, I went ahead and noted it on your account. We also won't need a copy of it moving forward, unless the information changes or expires. Please refund my account and send a receipt for the tax that was charged ASAP. There are 4 items and only 1 order number is listed below. Alt items need to have the tax refunded please.
