Exclusive professionally trained real bearded Santa to visit / do lap time for 3 hours. Please allow 3 min/child
and 5 min/family for a photo and personal visit from Santa.
Please note that we require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking.
To preserve the magic of Santa, we do not allow Santa to be seen exchanging money, so the remaining
balance should be received in our office at least 7 days prior to your event. If you wish to pay in full within 7
days of today, that is acceptable as well.

immersive experience that will captivate your audience.

If outdoors, you are responsible to provide at least a 10 x 10 area with solid overhead coverage from the
elements for the equipment. A tent or pavilion are acceptable examples. Trees are not acceptable as
overhead coverage. If acceptable solid overhead coverage is not provided when we arrive, we will not be
able to provide this service and there will be no refund.
Important payment information: A 50% deposit is due within 5 business days of booking. The balance is due
7 days prior to your event date. If you are booking with us within 7 days of your event, full payment is
required at time of booking.

this invoice/e-mail.
Clients often ask about tipping. If you are hiring a service from us, tipping 10-20% is always appreciated but
never expected.

This contract is non-refundable as we are holding a time slot that no one else can have. You may reschedule
within 2 weeks subject to availability if notice is given 48 hours prior to your event. If it can't be rescheduled,
you are responsible for 50% of the total, with proper notice given. Without 48 hours notice you are
responsible for 100%. Hurricane watches/warnings = a full refund.
The client & All About Entertainment agree that any litigation necessary to enforce this agreement is to take
place in Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, FL & that this agreement is to be governed by & construed
according to the laws of Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, FL. The parties agree that should litigation become
necessary to enforce the obligations imposed by this agreement, the party against whom a final judgement is
entered will be responsible for paying reasonable fees of the party in whose favor the judgement is entered
as well as the discretionary & nondiscretionary costs of said litigation.
