HOUSING INFORMATION: The host hotel for this event is the Doubletree by Hilton Tallahassee. The group rate is $299.00/night. The reservation cut-off date is February 21, 2025, but the hotel is likely to sell out long before that date. Reservations at the Doubletree can be made here. If the hotel is sold out, a list of alternative suggestions is attached. NOTE: If you are an FLC Board Member, please contact Michaela Metcalfe with the specifics regarding your housing needs. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent to Lily Etemadi no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 14, in order to be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after the event and no refunds will be issued for early departure. NEW THIS YEAR: The Florida League of Cities Dinner.
