TASK 1: Existing Regulations Research  Prior Work: Conducted research on both local and national examples and reviewed current code. Completed charts description and provided in a preliminary update.  Effort this Period: Task Complete. No new work.  Next Steps: Task Complete. TASK 2: Draft Regulations  Prior Work: Completed review of first 4 districts, with preliminary code revisions drafted and presented at internal meeting.  Effort this Period: Draft and revisions to separate ADU ordinance, continue work on the other districts. Revised draft regulations based on staff feedback for each zoning district once reviewed.  Next Steps: Revisions and review of regulations. TASK 3: Reporting and Public Hearing Support  Effort this Period: Support in answering CAO questions. Draft presentation for PH.  Next Steps: Final reporting and Public Hearing PPT/Ordinance/Staff report support.
