1.Pricing
1.1 Prices on the Site are subject to change due to uctuations.
1.2 All prices are for blank stock and exclude printing, setup, handling, freight, and applicable taxes.
1.3 Your Account Manager (assigned to you once the inquiry is made) will conrm the FINAL price after reviewing artwork.
1.4 Branded Promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect prices.
2.Payment
2.1 Acceptable methods of payment include check, credit card, and electronic payments.
2.2 For the quickest processing and to expedite your order into production, we recommend payment by credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
2.3 Credit terms may be authorized to qualied business customers upon credit review. Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.4 If your invoice is more than 30 days past due, a nance charge of 1.2% per month (equivalent to an annual rate of 14.4%) will be added. If your account enters collections,
you agree to cover all collection costs and attorney fees incurred by us in recovering the outstanding amount.
3.Eligibility
3.1 By using the Site, you conrm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all the information you submit is accurate. In addition, you conrm that your use of the Site does
not violate any regulation or applicable law.
3.2 Only persons who are 18 or older are permitted to make purchases from the Site. Branded Promo reserves the right to verify your age before any purchase.
4. Products
4.1 While we aim for accuracy, errors may include typographical mistakes, product specication inaccuracies, image discrepancies, stock variations, and price uctuations.
We strive to depict product colors accurately, but dierences in monitor settings may aect color representation, leading to potential discrepancies between screen
display and actual product colors.
4.2 Wooden products may exhibit natural variations.
4.3 Branded Promo accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements on products.
5.Color Variations
5.1 Color variations may occur when printing on dierent materials.
5.2 We will strive to match your requested Pantone color but cannot guarantee exact matches.
6.Final Artwork Proof Approval
6.1 A nal proof will be sent to you for approval before production.
6.2 It is your responsibility to review all aspects of the proof.
6.3 Delays in approving proof may aect delivery dates.
6.4 Our designers may vectorize logos for ecient printing. It is your responsibility to review for accuracy. In addition, any requested artwork modications are your
responsibility to review for accuracy.
7.Rush Service Orders
7.1 Rush orders proceed to production without nal artwork proof approval.
7.2 You will still have the opportunity to review a visual mock-up.
8.Invoicing
8.1 Review all invoice details carefully before payment.
8.2 Branded Promo is not responsible for any order inaccuracies if not reported prior to making the payment.
9.Force Majeure
9.1 We are not liable for delays or failures outside our reasonable control. This encompasses various events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions,
customs delays, courier disruptions, or failures by third-party manufacturers to fulll their obligations.
10.Overruns/Underruns
10.1 An overrun or underrun of up to 10% is standard.
10.2 You will be charged for the exact quantity shipped.
11.Claims
11.1 Report faulty items or delivery issues within 7 calendar days of receipt.
11.2 Claims of non-delivery must be made to us within 48 hours of the intended delivery date.

12.Limitation Liability
12.1 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for products.
12.2 Some jurisdictions may not permit exclusions or limitations of liability.
13.Stock Arrival
13.1 We cannot guarantee timely stock arrivals for backorders.
14.Delivery
14.1 Shipping dates provided are estimates only.
14.2 We reserve the right to ship orders earlier than stated.
14.3 The risk of goods passes to you upon delivery.
15.Customs & Overseas Deliveries
15.1 Customs charges may apply to overseas deliveries. Customers are responsible for paying custom charges on international orders.
