The Grant funding request letter, dated February 26, 2025, attesting to the completion of the
project and conveying the proof of payment documents
Biaggi & Prieto (contractor) receipt for $50,930.00, marked “PAID IN FULL” and initialed by the
vendor.
The terms of the Grant Agreement have been met and qualify for the funding of the Façade Grant
award. According to the Façade Grant approved for 13-19 S Federal Hwy, the funding amount is
specified as $23,095.00 or 50% of the actual project cost as evidenced by paid receipts, whichever is
less.
Therefore, please process the payment for this Façade Grant in the amount of $23,095.00, from account
# 106-52-08-552-31-43.

Attached are the memo and application to revise a previously approved application.
The Façade Grant application for the March 11 CRA Agenda, is for a sign for Gasper Arts Center at 250 S Federal Hwy. The revised application is for
$19,743, a $3,862 increase of the previously approve application, resulting from the increased project cost of the zoning approved sign design. Revised
project cost estimates are also attached and support the increase grant requested.
