BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS/MANDATORY ARBITRATION Subscriptions are subject to Subscriber Terms and Conditions including a mandatory arbitration clause (ªTermsº). To opt-out please see the Terms. Your purchase is subject to the Terms in effect on the date of purchase unless the Terms are updated as your subscription continues, in which case the most up to date version of the Terms will apply. PAYMENT INFORMATION If you are paying by check, please write your subscription account number on the front of the check, and submit in the enclosed envelope. If the envelope is lost or missing, please mail the check and make payable to: Sun Sentinel, P.O. Box 8021, Willoughby, OH 44096. Please do not staple or tape your check to the payment stub. Enclose the payment stub with your check. Please do not write on the payment stub. Changes or cancellations must be noti®ed by phone. To pay by credit or debit card, include your credit or debit card number, expiration date and signature on the authorization form above. For renewals, credit or debit card payments will be processed one day prior to the expiration date. If you have changes to your account call us at 954-375-2018. REFUND POLICY Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current subscription term and payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right, however, to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future. BILLING DISPUTES All disputes must be received by phone or in writing within 120 days of the statement date. Disputes received after this timeframe will not be eligible for review. DELIVERY REQUESTS We provide daily delivery by 6:30 a.m. and weekend delivery by 7:30 a.m. To report any service issues, please call our Customer Service Center or visit us online. To report a missed or incomplete delivery, please call us by 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and holidays for redelivery. Instead of receiving home delivery service, you have the option to pick up your newspapers at one of our distribution centers avoiding transportation costs. Prices may vary. In areas where re-delivery is not available, your account will be credited and your pay through date will be extended. Call the Customer Service number above for more information. GOING ON VACATION? Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your departure and we will be happy to temporarily stop your service and restart it when you return. Vacation stops do not extend your expiration date. STUDENT SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM Please consider supporting the Student Subscription Program. This program provides high school and college students with Unlimited Digital Access to our website, eNewspaper and app. Thanks to your generosity, these young people will enjoy free access to our real-world coverage, better understanding the world around them and their place in it.
